Impact is a context sport.
The Human Impact Framework was created by Janna Jorgensen and brought to life through a collaborative effort of coaches, facilitators, and designers from around the world.
Our Story
The creation of the Human Impact Framework was a calling. Over the many years of working with organizations on their strategies, I felt something was missing. I tell this story in a TED Talk on December 1st, 2022. A video of that talk will be posted below.
